2. Service Scope

• Services will be provided as per the selected package.

• Additional work outside the agreed scope will be charged separately.

• Pricing may vary depending on site inspection and requirements.

3. Booking & Confirmation

• Bookings must be confirmed in advance.

• We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Payments

• Advance payment may be required for confirmation.

• Full payment must be completed after service delivery.

• Accepted methods: Cash, UPI, or Bank Transfer.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior.

• Same-day cancellations may incur charges.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide access to the property at the scheduled time.

• Ensure availability of water and electricity.

• Secure valuables before service begins.

7. House Shifting & Labour Services

• Transport charges are not included unless specified.

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damages.

8. Commercial & Construction Labour

• Labour is provided on agreed hourly, daily, or project terms.

• The client must ensure a safe working environment.

9. Damages & Liability

Any service-related damage must be reported within 24 hours. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

10. Privacy

Customer information will remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this website.
